ConvertCove

Terms of use

Last updated November 6, 2026

1. The service

ConvertCove (cloudconverttool.com) provides free software that converts files inside your web browser. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Your content and licences

You keep all rights to the files you convert. Because conversions happen on your device, we never receive or store them. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to convert and use each file, including image copyrights and font licences. Many commercial font licences restrict converting fonts between desktop and web formats.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, or to interfere with the site’s operation (for example by automated scraping that overloads the server).

4. No warranty

ConvertCove is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We test every converter with real files, but we cannot guarantee that every file will convert correctly or that output will suit your purpose. Always keep your original files.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConvertCove and its maker are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US$50.

6. Open-source components

The site includes open-source libraries listed on How it works, each provided under its own licence.

7. Trademarks

ConvertCove is an independent service and is not affiliated with any other file-conversion website or company. File format names and all other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. See the notice at the bottom of every page and our About page.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Questions: hello@cloudconverttool.com.
