Reporting a conversion problem

To help us reproduce the issue, please include:

• the source format and the target format you chose,
• your browser and device (for example “Safari 18 on iPhone 14”),
• the error message shown under the file, if any,
• if possible, a sample file you are comfortable sharing. Please do not send private documents; a similar test file is just as useful.

Requesting a format

Tell us which conversion you need and what you use it for. Requests from real workflows decide what we build next.

Privacy

Because ConvertCove never receives your files, we cannot recover or look up a conversion for you. Emails you send are used only to answer you; see the privacy policy.
